The
Process
Once the countries have been assigned, we will go to the library for one week for class time research. Books will be placed on a cart for our use only. These books may not be checked out, because other students will be using these as well. Any research not completed during the week will need to be completed on your own time. We will continue working in the classroom for an additional week, but after that you will be responsible for completing anything you still need to do. The classroom will be open before and after school. We will also take three or four controlled computer lab days to review computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, the use of scanners, and working with the Internet. The date of the Country Fair will be announced soon. We will set up in the library at 12:20. The public is invited to attend from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Bring all your things to my room that morning. Your parents are welcome to meet us at the library at 12:20 to help you set up.
