Troubleshooting Printing Problems
 

  1. Make sure the printer is turned on.
  2. Make sure the computer that shares the printer is turned on and connected to the network.
  3. Check the paper level.
  4. Clear any paper jams.
  5. Make sure you have selected "OK" after choosing the print command.
  6. Make sure you are logged on to the network.
  7. Check the software for the correct destination printer.
  8. Restart the printer and computer host if attached.
  9. Restart your computer.
  10. Contact a technical support person.
