August 22, 2011 Dear Parent Communication between school and home should always be a priority to ensure that parents and teachers remain partners in the education of their children. We believe increased interaction between parents, teachers, and students will only benefit a child’s education and development. This letter announces the opening of the Midway ISD Parent Portal. We are pleased to be able to provide all parents access to this web-based resource. Parent Portal is a tool for parents and students to monitor classroom grades and attendance. This information is accessed using an Internet address and a secure Parent Portal account.
